mirror near owl tower hogwarts castle

does anyone know what to do with the mirror that is near the owl tower (hogwarts castle)?
there is a green figure upside down inside the mirror.
do i have to do something with it?

You've already done all that needs doing, it's the portrait that you knocked out the top of the tower by tickling it.
