Same here I liked this game a lot and thought the flag collecting and kill every templar achievements were shit. lol oh well it's not that bad once you know most areas of the game.

just got my 1000 on a single playthru I'm so happy!

In answer to my own question... you can miss all the memory glitches in the first two video bits and still make it... I got it during the FINAL conversation... I think there was one more glitch after the one I hit for the achievement...

Question:

What does it mean to have a full DNA bar when killing the targets? Does it mean I have to do side-missions until it is full, or that I just have to make sure I don't get hit or whatever before I kill the target?

If someone could give me an in-depth explanation that'd be great. I want to finish this game in one go.

Make sure you only have 2 remaining DNA strands before you go the Bureau - just save all civilians, view all high points and do all side missions. You will then get another DNA strand when the guy gives you the feather and the last one when you assassinate the target which will then give you a full bar.

For the one that says I need to kill 100 guards without dying, am I allowed to turn off my Xbox and come back to it, or does it all need to be done in one go while my Xbox is on?

This might be a little on the late side... but I'm certain it carries over. I didn't have to do an awful lot of killing after turning the game back on before getting this one. I can't remember which (possibly Acre), but outside of one of the cities is a view point with ~8 guards standing around it; you can just march around the tower assassinating them all if you want to boost off the last few kills, which will also contribute to another couple of achievements. Happy day! Hope this helps someone ;)

It does. I just turned it on and killed two guards when I got this achievement.

On another note:
I hate Templars.

58/60. And I'm certain that they're either missing and glitched, or in the Kingdom. How much fun is this going to be... especially if I have to do another playthrough for the Templars..

I also had this problem with the flags in the different towns. There was always one missing. But finally I found them all. Don't worry the Templars are somewhere.

if you have difficulties with the boss fight (with the lots of al mualim clones) i just ran away and killed 3 of them with the throwing knives. it jumped to the next scene, i didn't have to kill all of them.

*Edit* 3 hours later and 54 Possible Templar spots checked. I have all 1000 GS for this game. *Edit*

@ psybOltOn: I think it does this if you kill the "real" Al Mualim because the same thing just happened to me after killing 4 of them.

I finally got "Vendetta" which gave me 1000/1000 out of the way. I can finally close the book on AC and put it to bed. For three play throughs it has eluded me because it gave me credit for only 59 Templars even though I got all 60. It finally popped after I erased my game save and re-loaded the game and started fresh and it worked! Thank God!!!

I've been following the flag maps for Masyaf, and realise that i've missed Flag 6, which is acquired from mission sequence 1, along the beams. Now on memory sequence 2, and it wont let me go there anymore. Have I missed it completely, or can I either replay that sequence, or will it let me free roam completely sooner rather than later?

Baring in mind i've never sat down to play Assassin's Creed properly, so i've no idea if I can go back to get it or anything. Thanks!

EDIT: Funnily enough, I collected the other flags and it's let me access that area now. :)

Got lucky and somehow got the full dna bar achievement even though I skipped a ton of the extra stuff. So on my first playthrough, I was at 99/100 kingdom flags and I I hit random flags in the other cities. Decided to just do another playthrough and get everything with the checklist. Was hit later with some terrible glitch. 99/100 Kingdom flags and I rechecked everything twice, now I have to do a third playthrough :mad: Seriously, screw those kingdom flags.

The collectables for me, I tried my best to avoid collecting them until the end however I still had an interactive checklist opened up incase I did accidentally did run into one so I could check it off. The templars however I just killed them without checking them off and ended up looking all over the place for the last one! I always end up having to look for one more collectable which fucks me off so much!!

Looks like I'll be back in this game for my last few achievements since I'm almost done with Revelations (100%, Sage, Capped, and last Desmond memory). Unfortunatly I missed Conversationalist so here comes another playthrough. I think I'm going to leave Kingdom's flags and just get them in the next one since I did get a few early on. The enitre Kingdom is open once you get to it, right?

Im having a problem here. Its my second playthrough and Im stuck at memory 4 when your going to kill 3 different guys in 3 different citys'. It says climb the viewpoint to se the leads but I have climbed everyone and can't see anything else the help people symbols. I need 3 of 6 leads to be able to get the assassination targets. What could be the problem?

I was so annoyed.. Same thing happened to me.. I missed one Templar.. Not sure who..

Not only that but I missed out on the Lucy one.. I swear I spoke to her every time.. >_<

Sometime I will have to go through the game again and make sure I dont miss anything...

All of them were pretty easy to get except I had to start a new story to recollect all the kingdom flags because one glitched and was nowhere I looked.

Only the collectible achievements are hard and it's because they take forever.

Completed it. 2 Templars where glitching in the Kingdom. Both on roads that lead basically nowhere, but when I tried it later on in the game they where there luckely :)

Erm very terrible, hence why I don't want to go back to it yet. I just can't be bothered with all of the collectibles in that game and the stupid AI...

Same here I missed it on my first play through. I knew about it, but forgot once I started playing. I don't really know if I want to replay it just for that achievement. :(

Dude, seriously, all the collect achievements were a real damn pain in the ass...
Especially the flags in King Richard's Kingdom if i'm right (You know, the open fields and mountains)
