The target score is 525
I've played through this 5 times and every time I'll get a score of 515. Am I missing something?

Shoot the barrels when they're next to the guys. That gives you 35 points per kill instead of 30. Do this enough times, and you'll get to the target score.

Just don't be too fixated on waiting for barrels, because you'll get killed. It's a bit of a tightrope walk.
