Do I need to get all 250 officers in one campaign? OR do they count from multiple campaigns together (cummulative)?

They are cummulative (phew)
A Time of Heroes is best because all officers are available unlike other scenarios
"GET" will appear alongside the officers name if you already have them :)

yeah. i just realized im an idiot. ;)

luckily, my friend above answered them all... i don't think he understands how these sections work though :P he is going around answering them all...

i will include answers with any future FAQs for other games. sorry. :drunk
