also is this gonna be like the Snoopy redbaron or the realistic actual fighter pilot red baron???

I loved the old PC Red Baron, but this one looks quite a bit different. From the videos I've seen (http://www.gamespot.com/xbox360/sim/redbaron/index.html) it's 3rd person perspective and more arcadey. Obviously this one won't be skinnable, but I hope they still let us paint and apply decals to the planes. I also hope it still follows the historical campaigns and has the medals and newspaper articles! As far as the release date goes, it was slated for 07 Q4 but now it's being listed as 08 Q1. It's by Vivendi, and I thought it was supposed to be the next one after Battlestar Galactica, so hopefully it will be very early Q1!

In Red Baron II I remember trying to put as much black as possible on the plane, which actually caused those sections to be invisible when flying. Couldn't do the whole plane though.

It'll be great to have a WWI game. There's an extreme shortage of those. Plus it'll be refreshing to play on the axis side too, rather than being forced to see the whole war from one side. Hopefully they don't include a ridiculous amount of multiplayer achievements.
