Since I haven't played most of the so called "Worst games of all-time" (Superman, ET, etc.), I will list the worst of the ones I've played:

Blue Stinger (Dreamcast)

Terrible graphics, worst controls in a game ever, and corny gameplay with coins spilling out of fallen monsters. Just an overall atrocious gaming experience.

Terminator: Dawn Of Fate (Xbox)

Lame, derivative gameplay....kind of reminds me of a Genesis game. Ugly graphics. Very boring storyline...if you wanna call it that.

Run Like Hell (Xbox)

Reisident Evil it is not. The worst survival horror game I have ever played.

WWF Royal Rumble (Dreamcast)

Bare selection of wrestlers, borderline unplayable, average graphics. The gameplay and depth would not even satisfy a 5 year old though. It plays like a demo, honestly.

Mortal Kombat Special Forces (Playstation)

Ughhh....utter crap. Period.

Super Man 64 (i remember renting it when i was like 8 or 8 and tried to play it and even knew the controls and game were crap back then)
Universal Studios Theme Park (Gamecube) - seriously, this game was the most boring thing ive ever played - for those that havent had the experience, this is how it went the idea was neat, have players run around Universal Studios going to the rollercoasters and playing them (they were all from famous movies and such, like Jaws and E.T.) so i pop in the disc and start to play, first off, the controls were like Resident Evil for the ps1 controls, it would take me atleast 3 minutes to finally get moving in the direction i wanted. So heres the kicker that shot this game from below mediocre to p.o.s. When you would finally make it to one of the rides, there might be a line, if there was you would be confronted by little douchebag Woody woodpecker telling you that you cant "ride" it now because of the line, so then you would spend 10 minutes trying to find another and there he would be again. had to get that off my chest
E.T. - ive never played it but i cant think of anymore and this one looked pretty horrible

I played it when I was like 7 and I knew it sucked and at the time any game was cool because it was a game.

Dear god did this game let me down. We rented the movie and game in the same night and when we put it in my PS2 is froze, we restarted and then started playing and it looked like a first gen PS1 game.

Not really in any particular order:

-X-Men for the NES - played this at a friend's house a couple weeks ago. And it was terrible.
-Superman 64 for N64 - no joke, the most laughable game like ever created.
-MLB 2K6 for PS2 - ok, I don't know if it was just my copy, but it was seriously the most glitchy sports game I've ever attempted to play.
-Gravity Games: Bike for PS2 - I remember I picked this up because I was into extreme sports games (Tony Hawk, etc.) So I saw it at Gamestop for I think $2.99 and thought "wow, what a steal!" It wasn't. I played it once, for like 45 minutes. I have not played it since. The gameplay was terrible, the controls were worthless, and I felt screwed out of 3 bucks.

I can't think of a 5th game at the moment.

Superman 64. Or Batman: Dark Tomorrow. Both sucked. Back at the time, Software Etc/Gamestop/Babbages where I was at had a return policy if you didn't like the game after 5 days you could return it. It took about 35 minutes to get to this store, and after I got home and put Batman in for 45 minutes, I went straight back to the store with it. Awful.

I think king kong is alot worse than that and i have played some pretty bad games.
