Rampage :: Blowing up 25 Gang Controlled Vehicles

I was wondering if anyone knew where the best spot was to get this achievements. It is the last one I need for the Rampage achievement. Thanks in advance.

This has been asked more than once, but I will answer it, even tho i know this will get locked, i just don't feel like SEARCHING for you....

Go to the Diaz area and blow up the vehicles inside then go blow up the ones outside, then go back inside and blow the vehicles up again, they will continue to respawn so long as you go back and forth...you will get the achievement lickity split...
