I know they have announced at least 4 player co-op for Crackdown 2, but have they said anything on if you will be able to have split screen as an option. I was really excited about the co-op possibilities for the original, only to be disappointed to find out about the lack of split screen, as my wife likes to play with me, and we're not going to buy a second Xbox just to play together, as having the one Xbox, our PS3, our Wii, 2 DS's and 2 PSP's is quite enough already.

I looked around the web and did not see anything saying one way or another. If the first one didn't have it then I would not be suprised if the second one did not. Split Screen is dying these days with Xbox Live itself to blame. The xbox.com page for Crackdown 2 just says co-op 1-4 nothing about split screen.

Yeah usually if it says something on the back of the case and it's in Orange then that's live only, if it said "1-2 players" in green then that would mean split screen, from what i have noticed on most games at least.

Yeah that's the format they've adopted. If it's in green it refers to being on a single x-box. Orange refers to being over live. So if it's in orange only it won't have split screen.
