Ok, I asked here because The Tech Centre is practically abandoned.
My download/upload speed is a terrible now, websites load in under a second but my KB/PS is 1. Yes 1KB. I've reset my modem/router, unplugged it all, port forwarded and all the basic stuff but nothing has helped. I've also downloaded from a selection of different sites like Megaupload, Rapidshare, Mediafire, Filefront and more to see if it was a server on the original site but it isn't. Help please because it's really annoying and I need to upload some files.
