Janitor's pranks in the early episodes were hilarious. Overall I think Dr. Cox is the best, his huge speeches just make me crack up every time.

I think mine has to be Todd aswell. The funniest bit was when the janitor was trying to take a bath on the roof and todd wanted to get in with him. The janitor then shows him a "No Banana Hammocks" sign:ass. Then later in the show it shows todd dangling from the roof with an atomic wedgie! :eek: Sooooo funny! :biglaugh

I love the janitor.J.D is great but he doesnt count since the show revolves around him. Elliot is very attractive in this weird way, im not one for beaks but hers could tickle my gonads in a 69 anyday.Turk is great, so is Carla. I guess when it comes down too it my favorite has to be Kelso and Cox together, there just too perfect for there role's.Its like James Spader and Willliam Shatner on Boston Legal, unforgatable chemistry.

Can't we all agree that all the characters on Scrubs are good. None of them are weak. I like them all. But If I have to pick my favorite it has to be JD since the show revolves around him.

Tbh scrubs is very hit and miss, but The Todd is easily the best!
