Ok, i can get into the full-mount position, directly on top of my opponent, but i can't push off his chest to start G&P'ing, i push down & up to 3 o'clock on the rs stick, but the person on the bottom is always pulling on my head so i can't break free, also, i only seem 2 be able to do this once, and then when i do it again i go back into side control.

Use minor transition.

ugg^^^ obviously you have no idea what the op is talking about...

there are sub positions in each ground position, you'll see it in mount, instead of them holding your head, they are crontrolling your hands, once in this position the RS is useless, from there you'll want to posture up and/or throw a few heavy punches, then you will be able to sit up and drop bombs.

I just saw this one in the tutorial a few minutes ago, although I haven't gotten to try it in a fight yet (had the game 30 minutes as of now). It was either hold the the left bumper or left stick forward ad you will posture up. That looks to work inside the guard as well. Then drop bombs.

Right stick is transitions, which is why you are changing positions.

That works but you cant posture up until you get them to stop controlling your head. You have to watch your opponent and try to catch them with a transition to posture up then just try to keep them from bucking you off or grabbing your head. RS control is key here.

You can't get them into 09 Full-Mount until you rock them but like the other guy said just use a minor transition from the mount

You can get them into the full mount before you have rocked them because i've done it before.
