Do you have to play the secret levels in order to get credit for Superior Firepower?

I'm at level 13 right now on ultra-violence, painstakingly keeping my health and armor at 200/200 and keeping my rockets and cells at decent amounts.

Do you have to play any of the secret levels in either episode to get credit for Superior Firepower or just play the normal ones?

No you dont have to go to the secret levels, i did not go to it in the new levels, but i did go to the secret levels in the old levels.
