Possible for Germans to get?

Hello.

My question is the following:

Although the game "Army of Two: The 40th Day" officially released in Germany, the DLC is not available on the marketplace. Can I still create an Austrian/American account, fill it with MS-Points, download the DLC and play it on my Gamertag? It worked with the first Army of Two. I only want someone to confirm it.

It worked for me ... but you cant unlock them anyway :uzi:

Yep, forget about it.
You have 7 multiplayer achievements, which means you'll only unlock 1 of the DLC.
