Repo Man: Made Easy by eX

Three words. Time Trial Timbol. Heres how

1) Timbol's time trial has an infinite number of cars that spawn.
2) Do not shoot. If you dont shoot AT ALL, they will NOT exit their vehicles
3) Run up, hit Y, rinse and repeat.
4) I jacked about 60 cars i'd say (just a guess) doing the time trial once. Took about 20-25 minutes before i got the achievement (i had alrdy repo'd some)

I didnt see this anywhere on the forums but sorry if this method has alrdy been found. Enjoy.

honestly not a bad maneuver. the ONLY prob... once you jack the car, don't drive off. just get out and jog down the street.

why?

because if you steal the car, you're likely to run over pedestrians and other gang members. once you do this... they DO like to shoot at you. so then it takes a bit for another 'standard' gang car to drive up next to you before peoples start hopping out.

ok i feel that some credit should at least got to me coz i said this in your first post about the repo man ach.

try getting the achievement by doing the timbol time trial, i found it much easier than the diaz time trial because on the timbol there are gang cars driving around the whole time.
you also dont have to reload the whole time coz the cars keep respawning
you can easily get 30-40 repo in 10min so it will take you just over 20mins to get the achievement.

The author just got told....? Lmao, i figured this out while messing around one night. Obviously rebel did too, so i will give him credit also, but i dont see me getting told anywhere...

If people feel like mixing it up, here is my method and I hope I can explain it properly. Mind you, I have beaten the game and have crime turned on (obviously).

Spawn at the Agency and take the path to Los Meurtos. Once you land that jump, follow the road to the traffic light and stop just before it. Get out of your car and hopefully on you radar there is a gang car at the traffic light. Steal it and then head back towards your car, avoid the guard rail and drive it into the water. By doing this you will be moving far enough away from the gang members at the traffic light that when you go back they won't be shooting you and another car will be there.

This is good for 10+/- cars. I found that it works best during the day.

Timely tip, guys! I will give this a try as I have been using Diaz and I can't seem to get this achievement even though I have been doing this even throughout the game...I got 10-15 cars last night in about 15 mins but this time trial sounds better...watch I get it after 1 car ;)

Update: I used your method and it works! It took me about 15-20 mins as I needed more cars than I thought but many Thanks to eXaLTaTioN and r3bel 117!

That's a cool way. But I like to feel accomplished and throw gang members onto the street. Like hiding on rooftops 'til I see a gang car and then land in front of it. Makes me feel like spiderman or something.

Yeah. In the other thread when you said to Rebel "I'll go try Timbol now", I guess you weren't taking Rebel's advice at all, and just coincidentally did exactly what Rebel told you to. :rolleyes: Obviously... I should've known. :rolleyes:

Yes, must agree. Timbol's time trial is the easiest place by far to get this achievement. You can just keep doing laps of the area and repo a shed load of cars, muar :)

I ended up having to repo 49 cars for the achievement, which took around 40 minutes. If your trying to get this achievement via the Diaz time trial then stop, your making it so much harder than it actually is :)

I seem to be having problems with the Timbel method.

As soon as I jack a car they start shooting and no others pass. How does one deal with the guys you jack without alerting them to you and start opening fire?

I just got the achievement. It took me an hour and ten minutes but I was messing around as well as stealing gang cars.
