How many times have you seen 300? I've only seen it twice but i know friends who have seen it 5 or 6 times!

I have seen it once and will only be watching it once, since im going against the majority with my opinion of the movie being to reliant on CGI and having no real substance or story to it. Not a patch on Gladiator! I shall now sit here and wait for the abuse to be thrown my way.

Will get the proper DVD when its out as well. As for it not being the greatest film ever- true. Its not even the best from Millers work. But it is still a damn good piece of cinamotography, and any fan of Millers work will love how close it is to his originals.

I'm still kind of deciding if I like 300 more than Sin City. Despite the Frank Miller connection, the movies are so incredibly different, and I'm not even talking about setting, characters, ect. but execution and style. Regardless, neither is the greatest movie ever but damn are they entertaining to watch.

I'll be skipping on the 300 retail DVD as it will undoubtedly be my first Blu-Ray/HD-DVD title.

Yeah, they are a million miles from each other in terms of style and story, but think that Sin City edges it for me with all the story lines running throughout the film, and it being that much more of a fantasy world. But then SIn City is up their in my top 3 movies, and its the sequel im dreading as well lol

I've seen 300 about... 4 times in two days after it came out (including the midnight and imax the next day). Also watched it numerous times otherwise due to the fact that I already spent about $30 on it and plan on buying the dvd anyway figured why not?
