missing collectables?

Anyone having issues with collectibles missing? I'm following the collectible guide that I found on the internet and when I go to the spot that it says it's at (mostly thermos's) it's not there. They guide shows pictures but I can't find it anywhere, this has happened to me three times now

if its not there and ure 100% certain its the correcet spot, make sure u line up from a picture helps loads when making that call then uve got it already.
