Hideout locations in singleplayer???

I dont see the hideout locations in singleplayer. Is this because i am not far enough along or do i need to buy a certain map or something in order to see them.???

They show up in free roam but the achievements specifically state to finish them in singleplayer. Any help would be greatly appreciated since the guide is not finished yet.

Not sure if their listed on the maps but I ran into one and the Pikes basin one can be found during a mission I figure it's some what luck then again I think im MP they are listed some how from what I gathered from listening to others that were able to play the game online...
