stuck at 99.5% complete

but still stuck at 99.5% out of 100
is it a glitch or i missed something?

You sure you collected everything ? Did all missions ?
Even if you think you have done them run through them just to make sure.

trying to win in all poker locations, still nothing...
i can run through all missions, but it will take 5-10 hours...

Doubt it, DLC would be more than .5% and DLC doesn't usually go with game completion when the game comes out since some people might not get the DLC

i have every singleplayer achievements e.t.c
It is probably just something really small, like a hunting kill or something.there is achiev for killing all species, but in any game mode, not singleplayer only. Doubt it will counts (nothing on rockstar social club too)

Well if it's anything like GTA IV, (Completion-wise) The problem I had with GTA IV was that I hadn't done all the activities with my friends.
(Packie got hit by a bus and I had forgotten. Luckily, he was the first on the list when I started re-doing them all hehe)
The best thing to do is write down everything. Then check off the things you are 100% possitive you have done.

Side note, why do people try to brag about first in the world this or that? You got proof from MS? I highly doubt you looked at every other profile to check. And no, those 3rd party sites only list their members so that's not legit either.

I remember some of rockstars other games disable your ability to reach 100% if cheats have been used.
