I am working on becoming the Master Agent or whatever, my only thing left is Marksmanship. I have been working it up seemingly forever, and it is going incredibly slow.

Are there any special methods or techniques that work better then what someone would think to use? Or is it always this slow.

Well I am done. I never thought about it, but I was killing Los Muertos gang members, which was slow. I went to kill Volk, was quicker. Shai Gen are by far the best way to raise your Marksmanship level, though also the easiest to be killed.

This and driving were my last ones. I hung around Los Muertos and stayed there until they sent groups out to kill me, then started blowing up their cars. As long as you hit an explosive with a gun, all of the experience goes towards marksman.

I've heard that if you have 4 stars in driving, you can get the Agency Supercar and use the guns on the car to build up the marksmanship. Blowing things up that way gets you the experience for marksmanship, just don't kill civilians.

Playing in Psychotic raises your stats faster, but obviously, it has an extra risk.

I did Time Trial Cowell. There is alot of enemies and you can just keep redoing. Didnt take to long, just make sure you have that gun with 800 bullets. It does go up insanely slow though. Im still working on driving.

I haven't got my Driving to 4* yet and I haven't maxed out any level either :(

Nice tips though :)

I'd have to recommend to everyone to get all other achievements before worrying about maxing out your stats. The reason is because if you collect all hidden orbs and agility orbs this will help max your stats out. Personally, I played the entire storyline, had 2 of my 5 skills maxed. Collected agility orbs (still need 23), maxed that out, and now am working on the Driving challenges to assist in maxing out my driving.

Seems to me that spending time running through time trials over and over again when I actually have to do some other things that will help max out the stats is a waste of time...but that's just me...:)

I am almost done with the game as it is. Need my orbs (2 agil, ~50 hidden), and stunt markers...

I just got the Master Agent last night. Agency Suv is by far the best way I found to level up your driving, you can even increase your skill by accelerating and then holding B. For Marksmen, I still found cowell to be the best, on psychotic = more exp.

go to the supply point in shai gen that is the most right on north island(sorry, cant remember name, at school now). get a sniper and accurate pistol and headshot all of the enemies on surrounding roofs. if they stop spawning go to another point and go back. didn't take to long for me and also good for explosives.

For marksmanship, the best ways are simply to shoot enemies from a distance and/or find Hidden Orbs...the Agility Orbs will only help with Agility, pretty simple.

For driving, the best way I have found is just to run over gang members, which will also help w/ other achievements as well incl. Rampage...
