Any other way to download Halo Reach saved clips without joining Bungie.Pro?

I've created some short video clips from my multi-player matches but when i log on to Bungie it wouldn't allow me to play my video because i'm not Bungie Pro member. I don't want to waste 700 Microsoft Points on Bungie Pro membership as well on a Beta that's going to expire in 15 days (?)....

Any suggestions that doesn't require me to use my camera to record off my TV screen...?

What's capture card? And how it works? It's a card for your computer that allows you to feed your video out into your computer and record/video edit that way
