I keep hearing about the maintainence tunnels, but where the hell do I get the key for them. I know it'll probably end up having been under my nose all along.

You don't get the key until later on in the story line. It's actually part of the story line. Don't want to tell you to much because it will be a spoiler. Just keep playing the story line and you will get it.

you get into the tunnels by finding the garage in the park and entering through that way. If you're looking at the food court door, look to it's left and you'll see an opening, follow that.

technically you can go to the tunnels and get the key at anytime!

actually its not part of the storyline, its a little optional thing you can get in ur own spare time, that makes getting around plazas and out of the maintenance tunnels easier.

where can u get the key to get into the parking lot at any time cuse all i know is that u need to do story to get it?? if u know can u tell my through xbox live my gamer tag is gangstacmb..... and also can anyone get me all the maps to where the cloths and food can be found??

As you drive into the tunnels turn right then take the next left, then go right and you will see a door, its in hte back of that room.
