Anybody know why this did not unlock for me?

I went to Qualifying with South Africa. Won all my matches all the way through and even won the World Cup.

Anything I did wrong???

I got the achieve by heading straight to the finals, and once I beat the group stage it popped up. Try starting it up from the finals.

Did you play on Semi-Pro or does it matter

No, I played on amateur and it unlocked.
