alright.. so I need help doing the following... :

Cat and Mouse
Last Known Position
Portable EMP Escape
Flashbang Escape

I am really only interested in doing the Escapes for now... and I will get to the LKP and C&M afterwards... but can anyone help with the two Escape challenges? TIA
