With the Virgil comments I missed one literally in the middle of the game, does this mean I have to go through the game again and get all commentary's, or can I just get the certain one I've missed?

It isn't a problems as I will be playing again to get the Holy Upgrades but its just an annoyence as I got all the coins, shades, relics etc. But the thing that are easy to not miss I did :l. Any answers?

You need to get them ALL in a single playthrough as even in Resurrection Mode that part of your journal is reset. :)

Cause i just finished the 2nd last ring of hell.

The achievement unlocks as soon as you get the last commentary, which will be in the area covered with ice. The last one is just before a collapsing ice bridge so if it doesn't unlock there, you've missed one sadly.

Alright cool. So yes it is right before the ice bridge on the very last level.
