HELP!!! bat and mist??

i cant find the bat or mist transformations!!!!! ive looked for ages but im stuck! im about 50% of the castle!! help please!!!!!:confused:

You get Mist from the colloseum/arena after defeating the Werewolf and Minotaur bosses. You then use Mist to get Bat from the Library area after defeating the Lesser Demon Mini-Boss.

If you have the double jump, go to the clock at Marble Gallery and wait until the statue on the left moves, so you can reach the Orlox's quarters.

I know that Mist is in the Colosseum area.

NOOB QUESTIONS:

How do you get to Olrox quarters/Collosseum (last part I did was get wolf transformation)
How do you run with the wolf so I can jump high and get to that one ledge near the library place?

to get to where colloseum is u need to go clock room and use the stop watch to remove the ledges so u can double jump (jump stone) up to left ledge and get transformation. To run with wolf double tap and hold forward though to run really fast u need wolf skill i think but to get to ledge u need double jump in library or the bat. If u have only just got wolf u need to keep going to get jump stone first
