To get this you need to get into the top 1000 in the board for Either Campaign.
There is 4 board and each board has 2 sections
There is Autobot , Autobot (Expert), Decepticon, Decepticon (Expert)
The first section is the time board most of which require beyond platinum times.
The second section which is accessed by click the left button is the score board which is easier to get into the top 1000
The score is based upon several factors.
1 Kills, Kill Types (this is only a small factor in the score)
2 Accuracy
3 Getting all the skill points
4 Completing side mission 1
5 Completing side mission 2
You need to click the left button when you access the leaderboards to get credit for the scores which are in the top 1000, the time ones unlock right away.
