Scrapped Bazooka E - Mob location?

I'm working on chapter 7 side quests and need to find mobs that drop the scrapped bazooka E part. Can you tell me which mobs drop them and level they appear on?

I've searched a bit with information suggesting mobs on level 11.

Rocketfoot on Level 9 (Warehouse District)

It can also be gained by scrapping some other components if you don't think you'll need them, but I'm not sure which off hand.
