Need Rooftop Race Help Please

i've done all of the rooftop races and there is only one i havent found, the name is Wings are for Suckers or sumthing but im not sure, i've looked everywhere for it but i cant find it

That race is in the Shai Gen area near the park if I'm not mistaken..., its right by one of the Supply Points
