Glitches?

People say theres glitches with the achievements on this game?
I'm currently downloading the Family Games night thingy from XBLA and im not sure if its differant or if because im in australia i will get battleships, scrabble and such because the achievements say America and English only?
anyone shed some light on these for me?

america get all of the games 1400/1400
uk get all but scrable 1200/1400

not sure about australia sorry

I finished all the achievements for battleship with no problems.
