This is a VERY eay way to get the following achievements in one season:

Start a dynasty with Texas. BEFORE you start the season select pre-season recruting and go to prospect search. In the search parameters under Caliber chose 5 star then search. Select view matching prospects and target all the prospects with a green dot (these prospects are more likely to commit early during the season). You can chose up to 35, so just fill in the last spots with other 5 star prospects. Once you're done, go ahead and start the season and SAVE.
Go to the team schedule (under play week) and start simming games one at a time. SAVE if you win, if you lose quit the season and load it back up. Rinse and repeat. While you are simming the season, 5 star players should start commiting to your school. Make sure you go undefeated.
When you get to the Confrence Championship game, SAVE before you play the game. Choose to play the game and when you get to choose your first play, press start and chose super-sim. If you win, the confrence champions achievement should unlock, if not quit and do the same till you win. SAVE when you are done.
Now once you win the confrence championship and SAVED the season, advace to the bowl games and the Heisman results should come up, if the Texas QB wins, you'll unlock the achievement so be sure to SAVE the season. If not, quit and reload till he does (it took me about 4 tries).
Now because you went undefeated, you should of been invited to the BCS bowl. Choose to PLAY in the BCS bowl and when you get in the game super-sim. If you win SAVE and the BCS and Bowl achievment should unlock, if not quit and reload till you do.
Now that you won the BCS and are National Champs, SAVE before you advance to the off-season. When you are in the offseason, chose the recruit prospects action. Go to your recruting borad and selet any prospect and chose to make a call. You have an option to make a promise, do that and the Promise achievement should pop up. When it does, go back to the recruit screen and press start to sim through the end of the recruiting weeks. When your done Mr. Febuary should pop up.
There you go...6 dynasty achievements in one season. Post or shoot me a message if you have any questions!
