Downloadable Content Required...I HAVE IT!!! :( ugh

It has been continually telling me that I need to download the required content to even do anything in the arcade. Well..........I did. Twice. And it keeps telling me I need to download content, so I hit Accept and it brings me to the same Game Packs which have check marks next to them, indicating that I've downloaded them. I've tried shutting off my xbox and turning ti back on, and like said before, redownloading the two game packs. Nothing. Soooo, am I the only one suffering from this BS?

Of course as soon as I try EVERYTHING and finally decide to post this thread, it makes me out to be a liar. I have no idea what I did to make it work. Buuut, it works now. </thread>

I had same issue this morning I even rebooted xbox and got the error but then deleted game room and on boot up it worked.
