Patience running VERY thin !

My patience has run VERY think hunting for Orbs. At the moment I stand with 497 Agility Orbs and 256 Hidden Orbs. I just found a lonely Orb on top of the "glass sphere" and it had been days since spotting any Orb. I've taken a look at maps and it seems very overwhelming to start at any part of the map and go by number. I love the game and everything about it. Its just now I'm at the point of frustration. lol.

I never got frustrated with this because i didnt even try to find 'em all! ;)

My advice:

For hidden orbs, use a guide. You may find agility orbs by doing this.

For agility orbs, start in a corner of an island and meticuolously run north and south moving east and west only when you reach water. That is how I found my last one. Look high. Look low. The last few are usually low, but agility are out in the open.

I am sitting at 299/499 so I am right there with you bro. I finally broke down and followed a guide thru all of the hidden orbs and the one I am missing apparently doesn't exist. I have literally scaled everything in the game at least twice. I will be at it again today so if you don't hear from me call the paramedics.

I'll try again tonight and see what I come up with. But I don't believe how some people can find them all by accident. Because some of these Orbs you have to intentionally climb a building or do something to get them.

Orbs are a bit overwhelming. I still have around 100 to go. Just wait for 'Get your ducks in a row' so it can start all over again!

i got like 468 agility orbs and like 40 hidden before i sent the game back to Gameznflix, i didn't evenm bother to start trying to find them

Well I'm back with an update !

From top to bottom and now I got 499 Agility Orbs. Does anyone know if the above map has anything wrong with it. I know some maps have some missing Agility Orbs. Maybe this one does too. Or it may just be me. lol. I'm not moving to the Hidden Orb map till I find all the Agility Orbs first.

Thats a very good map, also has maps for stunt rings and Hidden Orbs...Thank you for posting this, it may actually prove useful tonight, again great post and great find...I'd recommend that the link be stickied if it hasn't already been!!!!

As for the Orbs. I'm picking this back up over the weekend. I've had Rainbow Six sitting there for a week already. Back to fraggin. lol.

UPDATE !

Found the 500th Orb last night. I was going through the map of Orbs. Went to check the most populated areas and nothing. 2 hours later it was on a high rise in Shai Gen. lol. Now its on to the Hidden Orbs. Right now I have 272 Hidden Orbs.

i usually am up for going orb finding and stuff, but i have to say i loved this game, beat it in a day or two, then beat it again with a mate and i got to about 490 ords and 250 hidden orbs, i really can't be bothered though, maybe it was worth alot more points than 50 or watever it is.. :/

I got my 500th a few days ago with almost no problem finding them. Now I'm on to my other nemesis the hidden orbs of which I only have something like 130. Oh that and the damn stunt rings and then I'm at 900/900.

I just went through the whole game using the map and the guide with snapshoots and I crossed off every orb as I got it and somehow I'm missing 2!! Don't even know where to begin to look for the two that I have already found. Don't want to do them all again, that would suck. Does anybody know if you do it in co op and if one person has a certain orb, if it will show up on their screen if the other person hasn't gotten that orb yet, or will it just show up on the person' screen that is missing the orb??

I too am with everyone else just need a few And I have the strategy guide. But forget where ive been. I tried a couple things that seemed to work. If you have a guide or map get the outlying ones first like the beaches anything next to the water, bridges. I. virtually down to the ones in the city areas where they are grouped closer together, be sure to check out the smoke stacks theres several hidden ones down inside those.

I was going through the same thing. But I found my last two Agility Orbs in really obvious places, My advice to you is just keep looking. As for Hidden orbs, I just gave up, but my plan is to start a brand new game, and work through with a guide.

I think it wouldn't have been out of the question for them to at least have an icon pop up to notify you if you've cleared a city of green or purple orbs. It's not like they're telling you the location of any. Just to know you've cleared a city is fair help though, I think.

I rented Crackdown almost a week ago now and for me, I just got the agility orbs easily as I played.
I was about to bring the game back, but noticed that I had around 450 of them.
I found all of the rest until about 490, then searched for hours with no luck.
I kept thinking, I'm going to find the last 10 in a clump, I know for a fact they're not out in the open.
I found 2 along the shore, by one of the boss' mansions, and then continued to search along the shore.
I circled the entire map until I came to an island at the bottom right with the last 8 all sitting together in a clump!

So, I got all of the agility, but have less than 200 hidden orbs.
I still haven't used a guide or even really looked for hidden orbs.
Perhaps when I get around to it, I'll be as 'lucky' as I was with the agility orbs.

I seem to be stuck on 299 hidden orbs :( I think the last orb I need may be at the feet of the statue that dissapears, need to go through the whole thing again. Also stuck on about 485 Agility Orbs :(

I got all 500 agility orbs, just going through on Co-OP helping my friend(s) beat the game.
Now hidden orbs, FORGET THEM. I don't EVEN won't to attempt to go for that piece of crap.

Got all the achievements exept the 2 orb ones agility orbs 365 hidden orbs 189 thinking about starting a new game and using a guide to find them all but is it really worth all the trouble just for 100 gamer points might just stick with my 800 points and call it a day???

Yeah Like I said on another forum I'm just going to (and I think everyone's best bet) Is to have a guide, Start a new game ( I know I know, but in the end it will be worth it) And when you get an orb mark it out in the book, so you know where to go, where you've been and all that good jazz.
