Vashyron's Stash can be found by searching the liquor shelf next to the entrance of Leeann's room. I would highly suggest ignoring it until Chapter 16 when the stash is the biggest. The totals below are how large it will be at any given chapter. If you take the stash before Chapter 16, it will revert to 1,000 at the beginning of your next chapter and begin to increase as if you were back at the Prologue.
