Clothes behind stairs?¿?

so i have beaten the game and its says that i unlocked clothes and thatall guides i have seen said that there in a bag or something under the stairs. i can't find the damn bag so if someone could plz help me and tell me where it is located that would be very very nice.

i checked, all the clothes are in the room with otis, they are just on the other side of the vents.

Download all the keys for free from marketplace. Then you will be able to find them ;-)
3 lockes on monitor room (security room) 3 lockers in side room right when coming down from stairs of helipad. And 2-3 lockers and a rack under those stairs...
