"Dead Like Me" Cancelled???

I dunno bout you guys but I recently bought the second seaon on DVD, went on google to see when the third one would be released, to only find out that it was cancelled. Anyone else a fan of this "grim reaper show"....

I was a big fan of the show and also very disappointed when I found out that they only made 2 seasons of it

I loved this show!! Was so sad when i heard it was cancelled. For a while there was a rumor that Sci Fi channel would pick it up, they did, but only for reruns in sindication.

The show has been gone forever..

It was one of my favorite shows when it was on air though.

It would be VERY difficult for them to bring the show back even if they wanted to. Do to the fact that Mandy Patinkin is now the Star of CRIMINAL MINDS.. Which is also a Great show.

The show was pretty sweet, but it was cancelled awhile back...but so was Family Guy, and look how that turned out. A huge cult following and great numbers in season DVD's can save shows like these.

As much as I would Love to see the show brought back. Its just not going to happen with Mandy Starring in Criminal minds. Which is a show that is far from being cancelled.

Its possible for them to do a movie or something like they did with Serenity based on Firefly. But thats probably about all that could be done..

There are a TON of Tv shows that I wish somthing like this would happen for but I have come to realize its just not going to happen. Networks usually dont bring shows back after a few years..Most of them would rather spend money on promoting a new show rather than spending money on a old show. Thats just how they work.

Ps~ Even if a network ever picked the show up it wouldnt be as good as it was on Showtime..

Good show. I watched the first season then I had to cancel showtime.
