Won't let me use my VIP Code?

I entered it all in correctly with caps on and dashes and it's still saying its not valid or been used.

Any suggestions?

I did mine with dashes and all caps and it worked fine. You did enter it into the ingame store, not the Xbox redeem code thing right? I would reccommend trying it again in case you misentered a character...also, was your copy sealed with the wrap and the stickers along the side and bottom? Sometimes employees at Gamestop have a nasty habit of stealing codes from copies they open for whatever reason and give them to friends or sell them online. Good luck with it, I really hope you get it working.

The trick seems to be that you need to use ALL CAPS...once I did that my code worked.

Just use CAPITALS. Was discussed in another thread. Please people try everything possible before crying that it's not working.

Just enter the code in all caps and include the dashes. Input it into the in-game store and not the Xbox Marketplace and you should be fine.

All CAPS and no dashes or spaces worked for me with both the VIP and preorder codes. First try.
