Do cards carry over into other playthroughs?

This is probably a stupid question but I want to be sure. I started my game on Normal and I've been collecting a couple of the cards. I'm just wondering if the cards I have collected will carry over when I start the game over on hard and easy.

If they don't, then I'll just leave them until my easy play through. But if they do, then I feel that it wouldn't hurt to pick up a couple along the way.

Cards do not carry over into your other playthroughs.

you can replay chapters later but you can not save until finish that chapter. I suggest play on easy first, collect all cards and finish all quests, when you get know how to play and know where the infinite ammo guns are,Normal and Hard should be easier.

Thanks for the help. I guess I'll go quickly through my medium play through and not worry about the cards.
