Is it possible to start a new game on insane without saving over a previous game save?

as long as you start a new character, yes.

At this momement i have a save with a female character.
So if i start a new game with a male character, can i still keep my female characters save seperate and have both saves.

So in theory i have 2 saves:
1 female character
1 male character

Is that possible?

Yea, you can have multiple characters and they won't overwrite eachother. When you start a new game it will create a new career for that character and you can choose which career to continue when you load your game. At the moment I have 3 or 4 separate characters.
