The best singer in rock and roll history, Brad Delp, singer of the group Boston, has been found dead. This is heartbreaking news to me as Brad Delp is one of my biggest influences. I would give up my achievement score or anything else to have been a teenager in the late 70's so I could have seen them live.
Boston had so many hit songs, including More Than A Feeling, Peace of Mind, Longtime, Let Me Take You Home Tonight, Don't Look Back, Amanda, and more. Many of their songs hit me on an emotional level, with Brad's unbelievable voice.

I will always remember you, Brad Delp.

History is really a bit of an incredibly wrong stretch, but he certainly will be missed. Was he the one who went to MIT?

No, that was Tom Scholtz, and ROCK N ROLL history is not a long stretch. Many agree.

Many also thought Adolf Hitler was a pretty swell dude, too.

Daaaamn. Sad.
I'm not a fan, but its never good to see someone die at a somewhat young age. I did not realize they just released something in 2002...

Shit... I didn't even hear this. No disrespect, but I thought Boston was one of the shittiest bands ever and I'll probably keep my radio off for a week or so in fear that they'll play a shitload of Boston in memory.

ONE of the greatest none the less and I totally agree with you on that he will be missed. Boston was a massive influence on my guitar early on.
Sad it is.

Yep, so if you don't like Boston, nor Brad Delp, no reason to post here.

Well everyone has their favorite... Freddy had a great voice, but I'm not a big fan of homosexuals. Or tights.
and finally....
but I thought Boston was one of the shittiest bands ever
I don't know your musical tastes, but if you really think this, I'd hate to hear who you think a great band is. Disturbed? Papa Roach?
