Does anyone else get this problem?

I got it christmas and it was working fine and everything. Now i havent played it for a while and recently started playing it agian, When i need to rewind i spin it arround and it some times dont work and messes up my Multiplyer, Then i have to spin it arround again to make it rewind.
When pressing the buttons they sound diffrent to what they use too, Very loud. I had this with my guitar hero controller so i dont mind too much. But when im playing and pressing Notes, somtimes it fucks up and i would press Blue then It would also press Green at the same time so i lose my multipler, I cant do good on any songs because it randomly decides to hit all the notes when i press just one. Does anyone else get this problem and if so know a way to fix it?

(It was also brand new when i got it)

Shananigans! The search function is never broken, people just don't know how to use it! :D

Okk maybe it sort of worked after i made that post... But i hadnt realised they had it working yet as it kept showing up white screen... And "The search button isnt working!" Is a pretty good excuse ;)

Anyway i read the threads the dude gave, I guess there is no way to fix, Hope they take it back as it was got before christmas D:

:eek: I am a dude :D, I feel so proud. Anyway yeah I get the same search function problems you get, I find narrowing it down to one or two short words fixes that problem though.
