Tread Not So Softly?

Whats the easiest way to get this? Does difficulty affect the achievement? I kept jumping on the dear heads at the beginning of chapter 5 but i couldnt get it to kill any of them for the achieve? Tips?

I used the Alfheim Challenge Number 10, equip the whip, double jump, hold Y to lure an enemy to you, double jump,..... You should get the achievement while doing this (did it on normal)

I got it randomly by jumping on top of a Dear in one of the portals, stay up in air for 20 seconds one, I had Kilgore equipped to feet, you get that weapon by getting one of the records completed, can't remember which stage though as I didn't have to look up any guides, just check everything in any stage.
