Demo, achievement list, and special editions?

Does anyone have any info on any of the following things? And i think i saw a thread for a special edition in the UK, but if any info on one in the US surfaces, post it here. And the link on the other thread for the achievements doesn't work.

EDIT: Something was wrong with the link, but i got it working. They look good. But i'll keep on the lookout for demo dates and special editions for the US.

No info on the demo, but the Hunter Edition is available for pre-order from Gamestop, there's another thread somewhere on this forum that has a pic of the package and details on what all is included.

I allready have a thread open about the demo and i have found out from sites that there will be a demo before the release of the game, but no info on what it is or the date of it yet
