Need Help on final boss

I can almost beat the final boss but i need help on a strategy on the boss i am trying to beat it on hard but i just dont quite understand the final part of the boss. Thanks

for the final boss, all i did was shoot the arm where the snakes are comming from, eventually they'll all die and not long after you'll be told to finish him. when you see this make sure your close to him and use meteor. make sure to dodge his snakes flames and the flames he sends up from the ground. other then that just shoot him with the gatling gun (way easiter with gatling, if you dont have it then use the reg. gun, but it will take ALOT longer) it too me around 47 mins to beat stage 6, and most of that was on the boss.


alot of people said the final boss was hard, but i diddnt even die once against him. just do what i said above and he will eventually die

Thanks for the info. I just suped up the regular and the shotgun so that is part of my problem and i never could get the meteor to work and i have been using lightning. so now i will try what you said and hopefully i can beat it. thanks again

I used the gatling gun at level 1 just got behind him at start and shot in the spine and left arm then went to front for snake heads finally got magic up for meteor for final hit. It takes some patience and time but you can get him

Thanks guys for the info finally got him. Yeah i kept almost beating him then i would always die but it took me 45 minutes with the lightning attacks. yeah and i know about the meteor and everything but it just didnt look like it was hurting him but i was wrong. Thanks again guys

alot of them dont hit him. infact, when my friend was doing it none of the meteors hit him (from what i could see, he moved from the middle to the far side after he casted meteor on him and most if not all were aiming at the middle) and he still died

They way i did it on medium was after the shield goes down use thunder and aim at the snakes, when he gets close go round the back and shoot his spine.
The gatling gun helps here and remember to shoot the floating heads for MP boost.
And When your mind says "finish this....behemoth" just spray in the mouth where he conjures the spirits and thunder on it and eventually he'll fall.
*when your mind says "fry those blasted snakes* go for thunder

what does everyone think is better meteor or lighting
Meteor obliterates the vicinity in an epic proportion but lightning is more accurate, personally thunder as you can only use meteor on the last level.

This has gotta be one of the worst last boss fights ever !!!
i just used the gatling gun, took me half an hour on normal - can`t wait to play him on hard !!

This is the easiest boss battle in the game, but it just takes awhile. Playing through all 5 modes, I died a grand total of one time on him. Once you know his attacks, he is easy to beat, as long as you don't pass out from boredom. :)

The boredom definately seems to be the killer, its when he floats up + down the road that gets annoying :mad:

To beat him on chaos and hell, I used Lightning on him along with the gatling gun until all of the snakes were dead. Then I used gatling sparingly and meteor almost exclusively(should only take 2-3 uses) to kill him. Reason being that when you go into the lightning animation you will usually get killed by the steam/lava magic he uses that erupts underneath you, whereas the meteor animation is longer and therefore you don't get hurt by the steam/lava as it dissipates before the end of the animation (when you can get hurt). I agree though, given patience and time you should be able to beat him pretty easily on any difficulty (assuming you can get to him).

When I beat him i just used the gatling gun and machine gun, then lighting at the very end.
