U have to save her first u wanna spend the night with here :P Because U only get to bang her before u go to Ilos, and that's after Virmir ( Where u get to choose between Kaidan or Ashley )

Don't worry, the game makes a diffrent save every time u do New Game + ;)

Didn't do any sidequests other than The Fan; this was pretty much a story run.

First of all I am level 60 and a Renegade! The choices I made for my carryover playthrough were:

- Killed Ashley (Bitch had it coming!)
- Saved Wrex (Obviously!)
- Let the Council die and made Anderson chairman (Turian prick had it coming!)
- Liara as my lover
- Saved the Rachni Queen
- Told Conrad Verner to get lost with my friend Mr. Pistol
- Completed the Asari Diplomacy quest
- Allowed experiments to be conducted on Nirali Bhatia's body
- Massacred the Colony of Feros (Except for I random colonist who somehow survived)
- Gave the Shadow Broker info on Cerberus after destroying the main facility
- Completed the Consort side quest, slept with her, and used artifact in Hercules
- Completed every other sidequest, usually slaughtering rather than negotiating

I did the best possible Paragon choice for the entire game. I did all the sidequests and I banged Ashley. Overall it was a good playthrough.

I've read and heard from many people that he is the Shadow Broker, and he works for Cerberus so it looks a bit strange to give him info about his own facility ..

nope, hes not. bioware said they may put him in ME3 tho :)

as for why did i save the council, one simple reason, keep your friends close, and your emeny closer.

No, in the comic they are shown as two different people.


For me I
-Saved Wrex
-Killed Kaiden
-Slept with Ashley, though I saved just before that scene so if I want I can not sleep with her in case the game gets a little screwy about being unfaithful
-Let the Queen go. I figure if she gets out of line I can just kill her entire race again.
-Killed the council, put anderson in charge
-Didn't sell Cerberus the intel
-Did the asari consort
-Didn't let them conduct the experiments
-Was nice to the fan (even though I really didn't want to be, but he wasn't as creepy when you play a guy as when you play a female character)

I had a similar attitude at first, but then I thought of what a mess my first playthrough was (it was the one I was going to use at the time) and how I missed so many things in it. So I replayed.

I think BioWare said that when you choose a ME1 save to import, it lists all the major choices you made.

Hopefully, somehow you can fuck over the council in ME2. That's the only reason I put Uldina on the council.

Providing you finish your second playthrough (the importing only recognizes characters that have completed ME1), I assume it will only give you an option to work from the choices you made in your second playthrough. Don't quote me on that, though.

Well, it doesn't really show much. Name, level, class, path (paragon/renegade), if Wrex survived, if Ashley or Kaidan died, and what choice you made with the council are the only ones it shows. Not to say they're the only ones that carry over, they just didn't want to reveal everything that would change the experience of the game based on your actions in the first game.

There's a video on IGN that shows this.

Anyway, for the save file I'm using:

Wrex: Lives
Kaidan/Ashley: Kaidan lives
Romance: It was Ashley until I blew her up with a nuke, so I guess none. Depends how ME2 handles it.
Rachni Queen: Set free.
Council: Dies.
Anderson/Udina: Anderson.
Conrad Verner: Paragon response.
Reporter: Walked out.
Tali: Obtained Geth info. Given copy.
Wrex: Got his family armor.
Garrus: tracked down Saleon and Garrus killed him.
Noveria: Lorik Qui'in testified against Anoleis. Was arrested after extorting a pass from him for lulz.
Noveria: Claimed to help the Asari, but instead informed her competitor of her plan.
Feros: Let the Asari captured by the Thorian live.
Feros: Saved the colonists.
Feros: Convinced Jeong it would be good for PR to leave the colony intact.
Body Research: Used charm option to get her body back to her husband.
Keepers: Scanned some. Spoke to Chorban, stopped, and had Jahleed arrested.
Earthborn: Shot the gang member dead.
Asari Diplomacy: Wiped out her sister's gang before even speaking to her. Wondering how that'll play out in ME2.

I was trying to be somewhat realistic with choices in that Shepard wouldn't have known what may happen with his decisions (such as sacrificing the council to defeat Sovereign and not shooting Jeong as Exogeni still could have purged the area if they really wanted). For the most part it was Paragon, save for a few I did in different ways just for laughs (Noveria, Asari Diplomacy). Probably going to be a bit more renegade in ME2, though.

My character's named Sasha Shepard and is a Sentinel with extra skill in shotgun. Not sure if I'll keep the class or not. Here were her choices:

On the Citidel I "allowed" Wrex to kill the owner of the bar, then lectured him about it.
I gave the evidence to the reporter.
I also recovered the body for the husband.
I spoke with the fan once and was nice, but I didn't speak with him again after that.
I charmed the officer when he inspected my ship, and convinced him to write a more favorable report.
I talked the Krogan into leaving the doctor alone.
I also charmed the other reporter, and her report was favorable.
I killed the Asari politician's sister before speaking with her, then reported what I found to her--she was happy and offered me a discount on biotic gear.
I ratted out the gang member to the Turian, then let the gang member go (the Turian didn't like it, but I explained that not everyone needs to die).

Saved the colony in Bring Down the Sky--let the terrorist go to save the hostages.

Noveria:
I helped the Asari spy on the dude in the bar.
I let some of the security forces in Lorik's offices go, then killed the rest.
I convinced Lorik to testify against Anoleis.
I used the neutron purge in the hot labs.
I set the Rachni Queen free.

Feros:
I did all the side quests to help the colony (food, energy cells, water, and destroyed the Geth transmitter).
I convinced Jeong to back down--didn't have to shoot him.
I killed one of the colonists by accident...but 15/16 saved still ain't bad.
After defeating the giant plant, I let the Asari live.

I defeated the Geth incursion and shared the info with Tali'.

Vermire:
I saved Wrex, and sacrificed Ashley.
I saved the Salarian squad.

I had Anderson knock out Udina.

I tracked down Wrex's armor.
I helped Garrus track down "Dr. Heart" and then convinced him to take him into custody--and explained why that's better than just killing him outright.

I chose Liara over Kaiden for romance

I saved the council and chose Anderson to be humanity's representative.


So yeah! Maxed out Paragon and can't wait to keep going with this character

My best character was a lvl 60 soldier, i did 2 major run throughs with him completing everything possible and also another 5 finishes from loading halfway and changing something each time.

In my paragon run:

Slept with Ashley
Killed Kaidan
Eliminated the krogan experiment on Virmire
Saved Urdnot Wrex
Let the rachni queen live
Saved the council
With every good thing in between.

In my renegade run:

Slept with Ashley
Still killed Kaidan (he was a dick)
Kept the krogan experiment on Virmire
Still saved Urdnot Wrex
Killed the rachni queen
Killed the council
Was a wanker to everone else in the game.

On one other run which was a bit of a mixture, i did the glitch with the turian who you get to testify against analais (?) and maxed both paragon and renegade. So will be interesting to see how that save game works out.

I never read any of the comic books, but I always thought the Consort was the Shadow Broker....

As for my previous characters: I did everything.
I was also born in each location, was every class, and a hero/survivor/ruthless (all for those single missions)
