This really is one of the easiest because it has checkpoints. Handle her just like you should any other Jeanne fight:

Don't get too greedy on the damage you deal to her, hit her a few times and then dodge like crazy/panther run.
Shoot the hell out of her when she's far away.
Abuse the button prompts because they help a lot (mainly the "Climax counters")

You need to not be greedy. Only hit her a few times and then go defensively into dodges. She'll try to counter attack. If you manage to get witch time go back and attack her again. Otherwise wait until she stops her combo and then hit her again. Jeanne actually has some of the easier boss fights in the game

I redone a few other chapters and bought Selene's Light this should help and also I made alot of lollipops out of the conducting compounds I found. Thanks for the help :).

If you still havent done it, or if you are going to re-fight her in a harder difficulty later, here are some tips. (I have beaten her on Non-Stop Climax Difficulty like this so it works)
1. Always use Witch Time, of course that is your first priority. Once your in Witch Time, your in buisness. Always have your hand ready to press the RT button.
2. I prefer to use the Sword and Ice Skates combination. I think they are the most basic and easy way to beat her. The sword will deal heavy damage on her and the skates will easily help you perform some dangeroud Wicked Weaves to nibble at her health. Make sure to combo with these to make some good progress on her. I suggest hitting the Y 3 times and then the B button twice. It does for some damage.
3. My Accesseries are the ones that the game suggests that you get. I forget what the first is called but it is the one that says you get Witch Time when you get hit. This is SO important. When you get hit you can go nail her damage away in Witch Time. It is very useful. Also, i got the Moon of Mahaa-Kalaa. A very useful tool to use when she is about to hit you so you can counter her and then you can go into Witch Time with that too. Try practicing with that on in different levels, you have to be comfortable with the countering before you can take on Jeanne. Plus, go back and do some levels if you dont have enough money because thats a good 200,000 Halos right now.
4.Stock up on AS many lollipops as you can. I suggest stocking up on the Big Yellow Shield lollipops the most, because they make you invincible for a long time. A good way to get a lot of lollipops: Buy your first lollipop at the store, because they only let you limit one from the Gates of Hell. Then go complete the easy prolouge or something so when you finish the level you can go into that Mini Game "Angel Attack!" and earn 50 points to get the big lollipops. Take your time on the game, and be calm, you dont want to waste your bullets. Wait until the 10 point flying monster comes out slowly and pop him. I can usually get about 90 points in the game everytime. Leaving you with a Big Lollipop and one Small one, and then some extra Halos, or a Hot Shot and 2000+ rings. After all that is done, you should concoct some lollipops. Always go all the way and make them the bigger ones. Don't waste your time going around and re-doing levels trying to look for ingredients, thats just annoying. Just next time your playing shoot benches and pots and ingredients will come out. You should have more then plenty with that.
5. Hot Shots. One of the more important steps. Having one is fine from the Store, that should be enough. But if you still cannot beat her, I suggest doing what i did up there in Step 4 ^, and get another Hot Shot by doing the "Angel Attack". Unfortunately you cannot concoct one.
6. Dont be hasty with her. I assume your not trying to get a platinum on the verse, so take your time and dont be greedy. When your in Witch Time, go all out on her.

And if you have already beaten her. I have wasted my time doing this. Haha but that dosent bother me because hopefully this could help other people in the forum trying to beat her. Good Luck everyone. Personally I did not think she was too hard, but oh well. :woop:

I actually found using the charge attacks on the fire Durga (equipped to hands) to be very useful in the fight.
