Roadkill King

I completed the story line but still want to get the roadkill king achivement. Is there a way to do this? Also does anybody have tips on running the baddies over, I am having issues.

Yeah after beating the game you should now be able to turn crimes on or off when you are going into a game. You will be able to turn crimes on at the place where you choose single player or co-op, your difficulty, and your character skin.

As for running guys over, just drive around and when you see a car, either smash it with supercar (if you're 4-stars it will usually be a fatal hit) or just wait for them to get out of their cars and then hit them. I also would think that you could do that Diaz time trial and run people over in the arena. I'm not sure if it counts but it should cuz I got other achievements like Repo Man while doing that time trial over and over.

Just go to Campaign and turn "Crimes On" - you'll now have loads of gang members to run over to get the Roadkill achievement.
I found it pretty difficult to run gang members over until I learnt to slow down. If you use the SUV and just drive slowly so you can alter your direction if/when the guy your trying to hit alters theirs - you just need to touch them with any part of the SUV for them to die.

I got the Roadkill achievement in a section of La Mugre - just ran over a few guys until they sent hitsquads then ran over them. Repeat as necessary...

yeah it doesnt matter if you hit "regular" people, so just kill everybody lol but yeah,if you dont worry about killing innocents then everything goes smoothly driving skills wise.

If you are not maxed out yes it will hurt your score.

Ugh... nearly forgot about this achievement. What a royal pain in the ass. There's no real secret, just find groups of gang members standing around and try to run a bunch over. What makes it a pain in the ass is that the gang members are spry and the vehicles handle like shit... at the highest difficulty levels their handling is still pretty questionable IMO.
