I've had 499 agility orbs for like 3 days now. I...give...up. I've looked high, I've looked low, I've looked on rocks, and on top of geodesic domes. Walked every street, scanned every building through a sniper rifle. I hate collection achievements... I never thought there would be a collection achievement I hated more than the kittens from superman returns, but apparently, there is.
I am in exactly the same boat. I went through the .pdf guide screenshot by screenshot, and still only have 499. It's ridiculous. I've just moved onto the hidden orbs now, which I'm scared to do incase I am missing 1 at the end. It will probably make me want to throw my 360 out the window if that happens.

Man that sucks!!! I am one of those lucky beggars that found the remaining few I needed pretty quick - but I feel for you, these things are a pain. The only tips I can give is to look at night (they stand out much more), beware of short draw distances (this almost caught me out several times) and also I don't believe scanning with sniper rifle works. I tried this several times but each time as soon as I moved out of normal visual range the sniper scope would not show it either; I wouldn't rely on this method if I were you.

I just found mine after like an hour of being on 499 and it happened to be below one that I had previously got, so double check where you have been. Thats the only poor advice I can give. I feel your paing though man.

anyway maybe if we create an topic asking for the most dificult agility orbs, maybe there are some coincidence anywhere

I have also spend the last 2 days looking for the last one. I will not give up though. I have heard one of the hardest ones to find is in shai-gen area on top of the golf ball looking thing near the intelli centre, but i have already found that one (thanks to my buddy FlyersFan).

I'm going to pass on the agility orbs, and just go through the guide for the hidden orbs (there's some pretty good ones out there), and If I happen to come across an agility orb, well then, whoopie. What I want to know is for something that's bright green and supposed to stand out, why is the 500th so goddamned hard to find?

While playing through Crackdown, I used no guides. I currently have about 300 agility orbs, the only advice I have is just Spiderman it, get on a rooftop in one city, and go all through it, then do it to each city.
This many seem like dumb advice, since you only need one more, but each tower at the Agency has one, maybe you didn't climb to the top of one?
What I want to know is for something that's bright green and supposed to stand out, why is the 500th so goddamned hard to find?
I would say that because the level is so god damn huge :p

I'm almost 99% sure I got all the ones on the rocks, and the stadium was the 497th I found... I remember getting one from the top of the ferris wheel, but since I did the around the wheel race, I'm pretty sure I got that one too... thanks for the Ideas tho webb.
Hmmmm, let me see...
What about all the cranes on the ship at the docks and on all the containers round there?
I had a right pain in the ass with the ones on the really tall buildings in Shai Gen, by the Purple Neon inbetween Wang's tower and his general (not on cause thats a secret orb) but there were certainly three tricky ones there up really high!
Just trying to name some obscure ones...

I am also down to needing oly 1 more orb. Except I was down to needng 9 as of 3 days ago. So I am being very postive that I will find the last one fast. I don't know if I want to tackle the hidden orbs, I only have 209 of them.
So basically I started a new game. I was sick of looking for the last agility orb to no avail, so I'm following the screenshot pdf guide to the last pixel.

Thanks again for the Ideas webby... I'm gonna be working on Rain tonight, but I'm gonna double check the shipyard and the tall buildings in Shai-gen... BTW, I really like your sig... is that screen from Alan Wake?
Careful with that guide... there are a couple of pictures that are the same... a lot of people have gotten to the end of that guide with only 495 orbs.
Now here's an idea though... when the DLC starts rolling in, who can tell me that they wouldn't spend 800-1000 M$ points on an orb finder? I sure as hell know I would.

Just do some races and you may end up running into it, thats how my friend found his last one.

I too thought about the orb finder being a good money spinner for the developer but didn't MS say that all content that helps with an achievement MUST be free? I'm sure I heard that.
My 500th was on the North Island of Shai Gen by the north western Supply Point on a building nearest the highway which I missed. Try there :p
What about the 5 on the oil rig, a few of them were tricky and what about the eastern island of The Volk, there should have been 9 on there....
Oh, what about the rocks on the left to the entrance to that island, try there again.

I'm sadly in the same boat, I have 498 agility orbs, and I've done the hidden orbs map 3 times, I have 299...this is really making me mad...oh well, 4th times the charm.

I am at 402 myself but I haven't really made an effort to find them all yet, I just grab them when I see them :eek:

oh no! theres more orbs!...lol i didnt forget but i've been puttin those off...have like 120 left there...if people could post some of their other obscure ones...not the golf ball/parkin lot/shipyard/la muergra stunt arena related ones it'd be appreciated

you guys think 500 is alot? i had to restart my game cause after i got all 500 aglility orbs and i got 298 secret orbs i was working on my stunt markers and found out my last stunt marker was glitched and wouldnt show up so i had to delete my game save go back and ive gotten around 300 aglilty orbs and 175 secret orbs and i found out one of my secret orbs got glitched and isnt showing up so im missing one so now i have to go back and MAKE another game just to get all 300 again

For those searching for those last couple orbs, all I can say is don't try to find them. Just play the game and eventually you'll find them. All you have to do is be more observant of your surroundings and if you end up on a tall building, you can always look around below it. If you give it time, and don't just look for the orbs, even though it takes longer, it'll save you a lot of frustration.

you guys think 500 is alot? i had to restart my game cause after i got all 500 aglility orbs and i got 298 secret orbs i was working on my stunt markers and found out my last stunt marker was glitched and wouldnt show up so i had to delete my game save go back and ive gotten around 300 aglilty orbs and 175 secret orbs and i found out one of my secret orbs got glitched and isnt showing up so im missing one so now i have to go back and MAKE another game just to get all 300 again
i've heard a lot of this glitched stunt markers not showing up...the only one i had trouble showin up was in the alley with 2 of them...u had to jump towards one to activate the other...maybe i just got lucky and im not doubting anyone since i didnt expierence what you did but is everyone sure that its really a glitch? anywho sorry to hear that u had to get that many orbs...true dedication
