Help with hidden orb 151

Hi I need some help with hidden orb 151, the number according to the posted map we've all become to love since the game was released. When I'm at the the street level hugging the outer wall of the building at the suppossed position i can hear the humming sound. According to pictures floating around it should be in corridor of some sort, but I can't find it or the entrance.
Could somebody please help me.

Well, if you're talking about THIS hidden orb #151:

then it's in an underground passage which, IIRC, you enter from a point north of where the orb is located. I believe the entrance is midway between orb locations 148 and 155, at street level to the northwest of Cowell's building.
