Misc questions about Climax Bracelet and Tears

For some reason I don't understand what the Umbran Tears of Bloods do. Do you get a bonus for collecting one? Is there an achievement for collecting all? The guide wasn't written in the most clear language.

Also, how do you get the Climax Bracelet (details please) and what does it do exactly?

There are no achievements for collecting tears.
When you go to the item menu and press right on the joy stick (Kind of like how you switch from weapons to accessories on the equip menu) there will be a place where you can make items (Most of the items from the Angel shoot thing are on the list) you can use tears to make things there.

And Climax bracelet I am not sure I have heard collect 101 tears, however I do not know if they have to be all at once or lifetime.

I think you are getting a little confused. I'm pretty sure that you can't spend the tears and that the red things you spend are actually red orbs that you get out of benches and enemies (Could be wrong though).

When you get to 50 Tears a new accessory becomes available to buy and then at 101 the climax bracelet becomes available to buy.
