Im on the part in the black throne where i have 3 platforms and 2 stone weights and portals on each of the platforms. I know i need to get to the top but how?

Hi there, I had the same problem...
there are 3 Platforms (Lifts) each will go down if u set a stone per portal on it, to weighten it, the one in the North-West location is the highest one, you have to manage to stand "on TOP" of this one at the end.
You could do this if u are standing on the top of the one in the north location while the one in the SW is lowered by a stone. Now teleport this stone away from this platform and then jump on the roof of it while it moves up...
so that should solves it...
